My Favorite Print

This is one of my absolute favorite shirts. I bought it last summer when it was on sale and wore it all of the time - like multiple times a week all the time. The material is very lightweight so it made for the perfect cover-up or slightly dressier dinner outfit.

Generally I have a hard time with prints. I’ll fall in love with a print then a few months later be sick of it or feel like it doesn’t go with my style. However, I believe prints can add a lot of depth to an outfit and make your wardrobe more unique and not as plain and static. So my work-around for my print aversion is to stick to prints in neutral tones. It’s really like the best of both worlds. Not only will the neutral palette go with everything but you get to add a little dimension to your closet too! I’ve thrown this top over dresses or tucked it into high waisted shorts. Just so versatile. A real closet chameleon and staple.
