Here we are at the beginning of another week and only 10 more days until we move! It still doesn’t feel real yet. I’m wondering how long it will take me to realize that I’m a resident of Portland, OR. My guess is a while. I haven’t made a big move in five years which I guess isn’t a long time but venturing off to a new city as an adult is a little daunting. However, I’m looking forward to exploring a brand new city and neighborhoods! I’m very excited about that part!

So after taking a break over the weekend we’re back at it with look number 6! It’s super casual and fun and in my opinion screams weekend. Unfortunately I didn’t wear this look today because I was feeling a little under the weather and ended up staying home. But it will definitely be making an appearance this upcoming weekend!

Outfit Thoughts

Jumpsuits just make me feel goofy in a good way. I can’t help but smile when I’m wearing this jumpsuit. It’s so comfy and I just feel like a kid again! Needless to say this photoshoot got a little goofy and I brought back some of my old ballet moves! I think I might actually wear this for part of our car ride to Portland because it is so comfy. We’ll see!

Style Notes

| Simplicity | – there isnt too much to say about this outfit because it is so simple. Jumpsuit plus casual flat, handbag and you’re done. In my mind It is the epitomy of a no fuss outfit and absolutely perfect for the weekend. It’s a socially appropriate onesie and I’m loving it.

| Dressing it Up | – if I had wanted to create a more formal look I would have opted for my clog heels, paired it with a fancy clutch (probably my Primecut envelope clutch), kept my hair up but in a more composed low bun and finished it off with some statement earrings such as there from beach bones, these from seaworthy or these from tiro tiro

| Neutral Pop | – for this look I kept my outfit and accessories the same color but let my shoes be a nice pop of color or I should say pop of neutral. In the past when I’ve chosen one item as a pop of color it has been something crazy bold. Like a neon necklace. Yes that happened. While my days of crazy colors are probably limited I do enjoy a nice neutral accent.
